My Herpes Curing Journey
64The Bottom Line
I'm not going to write about what herpes is and all that blah blah. We all know what it is and how it affects us. You wouldn't be reading this Hub if you didn't know what it is. What I am going to write is about my experiences with different treatments and possible cures for this pain in the arse problem we call Herpes.
My Journey began with "True Cures" earlier this year. It sounded very promising. I did the special "carb diet" for 3 weeks. Lost about 5 pounds. Learned a little bit about how "aluminum" is poison for your armpits and started drinking more water than any other fluid in my diet. But in the end, it was a disappointing experience as it did not "cure" me. The only other good thing was that I met some cool people that are in the same situation as me. So I guess it was worth it.
So I decided to jump on the "Resolve" Bandwagon. I did it for 48 days + 2 days where you add like 20 drops of the "Resolve is not MMS" stuff. It was all good for the 50 days of Resolve but then I got an OB when I least expected it. Now Resolve would say, "don't worry these are just clearing effects". Yeah OK, so then it would clear up fast, but it didnt.
Now its time for MMS and my new Journey Begins.....

Hey rc : this is what I've read on the link you've given. Perhaps you should give up I3C
The research found that I3C keeps herpes in hibernation. The compound is not a cure. It won’t prevent anyone from contracting herpes. But it at least keeps the virus from flaring.
what I'm trying to do personally is to wake the virus and make it fool around in my body so that mms would easily hit it. I think broccoli is noyt what we need...
Thanks for this page btw. :)
What's up rc? There is something else you missed about mms. That is it shouldn't be taken with or around vitamin c. Broccali has lots of it. More then orange juice. I too kinda doubt the mms thing. I caught a cold while in it. That started a week after starting the mms and mms2 combo like soclose does. I can't take the mms2 on an empty stomache at all. My body can't take that. So, I eat like you do. I really don't think it matters either way. The red blood cells still take the oxygen where it needs to go. Humble never says don't eat. He says he'd rather we didn't.
Well, I'm taking mms1 and mms2, I've been on them both for almost 2weeks. No outbreaks for me, but I'm really not an outbreak person.
The Herpes Simplex Virus is a complex little bugger, both type-1(cold sores) and type-2(genital). Companies or individuals trying to sell you a cure might as well be trying to sell you a cure for another well known virus: The common cold. It ain't gonna happen! Repeat: It ain't gonna happen. It is complex in that it while active the immune sytem will battle it, but it escapes the 'kill' from the immune system when it goes into dormancy. There it lies dormant, sometimes in the upper or lower spinal region or trigeminal nerve area until triggered again by stress, lowered immune or illness. All these 'cures' are mainly attempts at strengthening the immune response and lessening the chance of recurrence. THERE IS NO CURE! IF you've had one outbreak, you will eventually have another. The best defense is take care of yourself to lessen the severity and length of an outbreak. A good, balanced diet, plenty of rest, exercise, balanced, high quality supplements like C with flavonoids, B, magnesium, zinc. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco if possible. These are immune lowering and nutrient robbing agents. Reduce stress. An outbreak is different for different people. Some have a high immune response, some a lower, perhaps due to a chronic illness or condition. I found that some topicals were pure bunk, like Forces of Nature H-Balm and stunk to high heaven. Realize that an outbreak is not only topical, it also running around in the bloodstream, attributing to that sometimes flu like symptoms some get before an outbreak. I find Valtrex to be very effective although it does make me a little nauseous. I take only as needed, 2 grams, then 2 grams twelve hours later, as prescribed, not suppressive therapy as I haven't had a cold sore in over a year. That's it. Works. Never gets beyond a slightly red small area, which I put a little Medavir on and it's gone and I can live with that. BTW, don't pay $79.00 for Medavir. That's a rip. Medavir is 0.434% Stannous Flouride. The same stuff that used to be by prescription only from your dentist for sensitive teeth, Gel-Kam. Colgate makes Gel-Kam which is 0.4% Stannous Flouride, The same amount of flouride in Medavir. Medavir costs $79.00 for 30ml. Colgate Gel-Kam costs about $20.00 for 4.3 ounce tube, and a prescription is no longer needed and can be purchased online, even from Amazon.
Also enrich your diet with a Lysine supplement. 1500mg at the minimum. Completely safe with no side effects, even on an empty stomach. There are some concerns that Lysine can raise cholesterol, but no significant studies have been done to prove this. By adding C with Lysine, cholesterol was actually reduced and adding E with C, helps C get absorbed faster and promote formation of collagen, very important in the healing stage and decreased scarring.
MMS(Miracle Mineral Solution) is a scam and the FDA warns against using this product. When used as directed it produces chlorine dioxide, highly toxic. The FDA has had numerous reports of serious side effects such as; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and life threatening low blood pressure from dehydration. Use this stuff at your own risk.
I've been using mms1, mms2 and dmso gel since the end of august....I'm still alive and well.
I managed to rid my body of the herpes virus without even realising it. Detox with an amazing natural mineral that freed me from herpes permanently.
How has indole 3 worked for you? I tried it and was still getting OB's but maybe I got the wrong brand?
In theory it should work.

Taken from Resolve FAQ:
Q: Has this something to do with MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution), which was invented by Jim Humble?
A: No. ResolveHerpes has nothing to do with Miracle Mineral Solution. Step 2 of ResolveHerpes is similar to MMS but our mineral detox works in two steps and serves as a whole body detox process.
Thats BULL, its the same stuff. I started MMS yesterday and it is exactly the same bad smell and taste. Although I think the real MMS product is a lot stronger.
